幼小班
學習重點有五:
1. 能認識並說出37個注音符號
2. 能夠辨識哪些語詞中有哪些注音符號,例如「寶寶」有ㄅ
3. 能發出21個結合韻的音
4. 能辨識出一些簡單的中文字
5. 在課堂中能用簡單的中文和老師對話
幼小的教學重點不在習寫 ,而是在於能否認識37個注音符號(學習重點1),進而幫助孩子在進入幼稚班時的拼音學習。純粹教導注音符號,對孩子而言是一無趣且零碎的學習,所以在課程設計上,我會偏向要求孩子知道哪些語詞有哪些注音符號(學習重點2)。 在學習的過程中,教師會利用說故事、唱歌,以及勞作的方式來增加孩子學習的興趣,並藉此加強/複習其所學習到的內容。除此之外,每一週在注音符號教學中,亦會包含一學習主題(例如:分享),所以學生在學習注音符號的同時,也學習到其他的知識。

For this academic year, there were Five learning goals.
1. Students can recognize and sound out the 37 symbols
2. Students can recognize which word starts/contains with which symbol
3. Students can sound out 21 two-conjunctive symbols
4. Students can recognize high frequency Chinese characters
5. Students can make simple Chinese conversation with teacher and students in the class
The learning goals in pre-k do not focus on writing . The main goal is to recognize the 37 symbols in BOPOMOFO (Goal 1) in order to ease the transition in the Kindergarten in which students will learn how to sound out the conjunctive symbols. It’s boring and scattered if the leaning is only focusing on the 37 symbols. Thus, in the curriculum, the teacher will focus on asking students to know which word/character includes which symbol (Goal 2). During the two-hour session, the teacher will try different ways to keep students’ learning motivation growing, such as, telling stories, singing songs, and making projects. By doing this, students will also have a chance to review what they have learned again. Each session will also include one subject (such as, Sharing). Doing this way, except for learning symbols, students will also learn something new in the other areas.
