本校全部學生均需參加識字比賽。每班選取前百分之三十學生得獎。
比賽分三回合, 第一回合使用目前教授的課本,老師將每課生字卡混合,每次抽十張生字卡交給裁判, 裁判把生字卡排在桌上, 學生念對一個生字即得一分, 每個生字各造對一個生詞亦得一分, 總分二十分,時間是二十秒。
第二回合則是二冊的生字混合 (目前使用的課本和前一冊使用過的課本), 規則和第一回合相同, 十個字各造一詞二十秒, 總分二十分
第三回合是三冊的生字混合, 十個生字要各造二個生詞, 時間是三十秒, 總分是三十分
we had the Word Recognition contest; all students will participate. Winners were chosen by the highest participant out of each three in a group.
There will be three rounds. First round will include words in current textbook. Teachers will prepare a pile of ten cards for each participant. Judges will arrange cards on the table. Each participant has twenty seconds to say the pronunciation and make 1 phrase of each character. For each correct answer the participant will get one point.
Second round will includes words in textbook of current and the previous year. Teachers will prepare a pile of ten cards for each participant. Judges will arrange cards on the table. The participant will have twenty seconds to say the pronunciation and make 1 phrase of each character. For each correct answer the participant will get one point.
Third round will include words in the textbooks of current and previous two years. Teachers will prepare a pile of ten cards for each participant. Judges will arrange cards on the table. The participant will have thirty seconds to say the pronunciation and make 2 phrases of each character. For each correct answer the participant will get one point.
