中文學校為二年級到三年級的查字典比賽。每班選取前七名得獎，在查字典比賽中同學必須在50分鐘內由字典中查出50 個字的部首、注音、頁數和造詞。
we had the Word-Lookup competition (Grades 2-3), Seven winners were chosen. For the Word-Lookup competition, students were given 50 minutes to look up 50 words in a Chinese dictionary. Students were required to find the word's root, phonetic spelling, page number, and a phrase example.
